C&C Portable Equipment Rentals Purchases Prime Industrial Property in Blanchard, Oklahoma

C&C Portable Equipment Rentals company has purchased a strategically located 4,690-square-foot industrial building, formerly home to Western Dairy Transport, and is set to become a key operational site for Dutton Rent-All in Blanchard, OK.

The newly acquired property, situated on 5.38 acres along Veterans Memorial Highway, will serve as an additional location for Dutton Rent-All, enhancing their ability to lease and showcase a diverse range of their equipment. This location not only provides ample space for equipment display, but also offers convenient access and high visibility for potential clients.

The industrial building, constructed of durable metal and located on the southwest perimeter of Oklahoma City, has a rich history of service to the dairy industry. Since April 2021, it has supported the maintenance and distribution of dairy products. The property features three overhead doors on the west side and one on the east, facilitating efficient cross-docking and private wash bay operations. Key features of the facility include an oil pit for quick changes, an oil storage system, and a central oil heater to keep the warehouse area warm during colder months. For added comfort, the break room is equipped with a modern HVAC system, recently replaced in 2021. Additionally, the roof has been recently upgraded to enhance the building's longevity and functionality.

Dutton Rent-All plans to refurbish and revitalize the building, leveraging its existing infrastructure while integrating their specialized equipment rental services.
